3. Assistant deputy ministers and the director in charge of dam safety are authorized to sign any document relating to
(1)  the issue of any authorization or approval referred to in section 5 or 7 of the Dam Safety Act (chapter S-3.1.01) or a refusal of authorization or approval;
(2)  any decision made under section 14 of that Act; and
(3)  the issue of any approval referred to in section 17 or 23 of that Act, a refusal of approval, and any other decision made pursuant to those sections.

3. Assistant deputy ministers and the director in charge of dam safety are authorized to sign any document relating to

3. The assistant deputy ministers and the director in charge of dam safety are authorized to sign any document respecting
(1)  the issue of an authorization provided for in section 5 of the Dam Safety Act (chapter S-3.1.01) or the refusal to issue the authorization;
(2)  information, documents, studies or expert opinions required for the purposes of sections 7 and 30 of that Act;
(3)  the issue of the approval provided for in section 9 of that Act or the refusal to issue the approval;
(4)  classification notices and decisions provided for in section 14 of that Act;
(5)  the issue of the approval provided for in section 17 of that Act, the refusal to issue the approval and any other decision made under that section;
(6)  the measures taken under section 18 of that Act;
(7)  the issue of the approval provided for in section 23 of that Act, the refusal to issue the approval and any decision made under section 25 of that Act.

3. The director general of the Centre d’expertise hydrique du Québec is authorized to sign any document respecting
(1)  authorizations and approvals provided for in sections 5, 9 and 17 of the Dam Safety Act (chapter S-3.1.01);
(2)  information, documents, studies, expert opinions and reports required for the purposes of sections 7 and 33 of that Act;
(3)  the Minister’s intention to classify a dam and the classification of a dam provided for in section 14 of that Act;
(4)  the establishment and updating of the register of dams provided for in section 31 of that Act; and
(5)  the orders given for the purposes of section 33 of that Act.
